What's the deal with pre-order DLC codes?

Post » Wed Mar 02, 2011 12:06 pm

Seems like lots of the people that pre-ordered Brink haven't/didn't get/got their DLC codes. Me being one of those people (pre-ordered from Amazon 20 days ago, so email code), I was wondering why people didn't get them or haven't recieved their DLC code via email? Have other people gotten their email codes yet? I don't see why it'd be hard to send an email with some letters and numbers in it. Thoughts?

Amazon usually sends them out anywhere between two days to 2 weeks after the luanch date. Bought a few things from them, usually the way it goes. In game content, like your Psycho pack will most likely be in your email by tomorrow if not by the weekend. Out of game content, for instance xbox live avatar items, PSN home items come in your email with in 2 weeks.
