So my character decided to visit the Great Khans.

After talking to Papa and the others in their HQ, he decided to wipe them out. Went into a side room, got down into sneak, popped the first one with Christine's rifle, and the rest of them: Did Absolutely Nothing. So he came out of the room, and still in sneak, but in full view of everyone, sniped them one at a time. To the very last, they Did Absolutely Nothing.

Seems a little implausible. Even if they can't see him or hear the rifle, wouldn't they at least jump up and run when their fellow diners' heads explode one by one?

And what's more, they seem to be the only group that (non)reacts like this. Other raider groups, and animal groups, have all seemed to start looking and/or running away when sniped, except from very long distance. Well not counting killing Motor-Runner, that was close range, but none of his gang was in sight, so that was more plausible.

So what's the deal with the Great Khans?
