I've purchased the game from Steam (the Limited edition) and got two codes, the first one is for the game and the second one is for the limited edition.

My question is, where do I enter the limited edition code???
What is so "Limited" with this eddition?

On a related topic, is the download linked to your gamesas ID, so if, say, i wanted to build a computer that required a fresh install of the game (uninstalled on the old machine), would i still have the bonuses?

Yes, I think all your multiplayer unlocks and stats should be linked to your ID. It would be silly if they were saved in some file in your computer.

And to the OP, I think you'd better make sure that you're able to successfully log in to multiplayer with your account info before redeeming the code on that account. A lot of people redeemed before checking, and they risked wasting the code on an account that can't even be used to play multiplayer.
