Pickpocket any keys for bases off BOS or other factions. Sneak in and get loot.


Do the same thing in towns and businesses, SNEAK AND GET LOOT.

Usually when you wander around, you find lots of crazy stuff.

And in all seriousness spend 5 mins looking around in awe at the world, and then go kill things.

Find a good spot to do a 360 and see what looks interesting and then go for it.

Also, pick up anything that looks remotely useful and slow to a crawl within 2 minutes. And then hate myself for it while I pick up some more.

well id see if we can go back in to the vault first the trailer cabin look interesting to then id pop see cosworth and go get dogmeat then i will look at my map and walk to the the top of a mountain and have a look round

In all seriousness, I will probably attempt to locate an area where I can commence construction. Begin with fortifications and once that is complete, begin constructing commodities and luxuries. Work on some low-tier side quests. Develop trade routes, earn some money, develop higher security compound(s) and then using the money from my trade routes, start buying top of the line equipment, customize my gear to my personal liking and then begin tackling the harder quests and main storyline.

Go on a killing spree.

I'll probably start scavving around and eventually end up in some area I'm not equipped to deal with.

Go kill the final boss with a lead pipe and an expired stimpak.
