I'll probably start breaking down Sancturary Hills and building a base/fort of sorts.
I'll probably start breaking down Sancturary Hills and building a base/fort of sorts.
Loot my hometown and establish a base camp........oh and shoot things.
find glasses.
*bonk*
OUCH!

OUCH!
*thud*
...
edit: hey, i want the four eyes perk to come with actual shortsightedness fx )
explore the nearby town and see if I already can get into crafting stuff for whatever gun ya can find nearby (or maybe start with).
probably follow the main quest for a while then explore the world and other cool features
Emerge from Vault 111 as my Female character (Hopefully Savannah is one of those 1000 names) Then BOOM!.... Take off all of my clothes and look down at my character's hopefully rendered Feet with individual toes. Then slap the clothes back on and start Hoarding until i find Naughty Nightwear.
Armored Naughty Nightwear FTW.
for my first steps:
- find lingerie
- find 2 barrel shotgun and leather jacket
- loot caps and shoot stuff
- hoard garden gnomes, teddybears or other junk without reason
- try to make moves with npc's
- build base
Scavenge, scavenge, scavenge, scavenge.
The Motherland must be built. Tardiness is inconceivable. We must begin anew. We must construct the Motherland.
All hail the People's Republic of Sanctuary Hills!
Translation: Scavenge and try to built a settlement right away.
I'm with Volus. They know the top priorities.
Download some mods?
I can already think of a few day one things... More options for settlements. I doubt they gave the pre-war textures in the in-game building options.
So I can create my own pre-war city, and perhaps even a vault.
So, you're not going to play until spring of 2016?
Probably go kill something, with my Console Added Fatman. Then re-load save and continue on as normal.
Run and then run again to see how far I can get with the starter gear before some bandit/mole rat/deathclaw kills me.
Your under the assumption that all mods require a construction kit.
I am probably gonna follow the the story to get a sense of what it is about. When i find it natural to take a pause from that i will explore the world and get aquinted with all the mechanics and start to really build my character.
Jack is that you. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-XKWSZ-DZGQ
You can never get enough Rad-Away.

I have no idea what I might do first. Likely just walk around for a bit and then go back into the Vault or bang on the door and shout let me in.
