What's the first thing you will do when you begin your journ

No they weren't. I was expecting awesome strength, speed and stealth, but instead we got these wimps that went out in sunlight, and couldn't do anything unless they starved themselves for a few days, at which point they were shunned by society, and bloody useless in most situations. I'm hoping they remake them in the slick, stealthy kind of way they are usually portrayed. Maybe have them able to go out in sunlight as long as no flesh is touching sunlight, so if they had full armor on, nobody would be the wiser, and they could walk freely during the day.

I think you might be bringing normal lore into TES lore with the sunlight stuff since most vampires burn but for some reason they don't when they are fully fed....kinda odd but I agree.
What I used to do in MW was wear full body armor and stuff so that they would not notice I was a vampire since they could not see my face and I wouldn't burn in the sunlight, see I did this till I realized it didn't work lol...

But ya I agree, I would think get stronger when you do FEED alot with help from perks and such than get weaker when you don't and when you don't feed or someone sees you feeding you won't be able to talk to some people for awhile cuz they would know what they are so you might have to stay out of that town for a few days till they just randomly forget.
And sunlight should still hurt you otherwise vampires would be over powerd, so ya if you are wearing full clothing or armor that covers your skin that would work so that the more armor covering or whatever the more chances of you not burning to death fast since I highly doubt you will get a full suit so that you don't get a touch of skin to burn XD

Explore the land on the way toward the nearest village/town/city. Observe the new AI and see if I can get a job as a farmer/woodcutter/whutevah to make some gold, then buy a nice set of clothes *Nods*. Then perhaps a better non-tutorial weapon and pick up a few local quests that'll send me into the surrounding areas. :D Going to leave the Main Quest for very last this time around I think.

Not the most original idea obviously, but I plan on just wandering. Look for the highest point and head that way, or maybe hit the nearest city. No quests for a while though, I'd like to just take in the scenery, explore any caves I happen to find and all that for a long time . . .

I was thinking along the lines of like a robe and hood, with gloves and boots. The hood could obscure the sunlight, but allow you to feed without having to take a helmet off, which would be kinda cool. I guess we'll have to wait and see what Bethesda have in store for the bloodsvckers. Personally, because of the area, werewolves would be more suited to the environment, but who knows. One would be awesome, both would be like a brain hemorrhage for me. Total overload. XDD

First thing I'm going to do is find a way off the gallows. Assuming there is gallows, of course, but Beth's due for a good old fashioned last-minute-save like that.

Then beer. Lots of beer.

Most likely just wander for a good hour or so. Probably my favorite thing to do in an Elder Scrolls game.

Scrach my head in confusion as to where to go first, then go on a blood spilling bandit hunting expedition.

first, I'm gonna go through the main quest. Then, with the same character I'm going to get to know the game a bit better, do some stuff, etc.

Then I'll make a new character. That new character will do the main quest, and every possible side quest I can find, he will visit every city, explore every inch of the world and do everything.

Then I'll make a third character and I will not do the main quest. I will just roleplay my character. :)

The first thing I'll probably do is rush through the main quest as quickly as I can. I'll make an initial character to play through everything, to get to know the world. I need to play through everything so I know what I want to mod! Modding is half the fun for me, though. I never released much for Oblivion, since my companion/house/armor mods mostly weren't very good, but I plan to do more for Skyrim.

Then, based on my new knowledge of Skyrim, I'll make a second more-fitting character to really roleplay, and draw-out/enjoy the game long-term.

It's off to the Tavern for me, I'll sit around listening to the locals tales and observe them interacting, I might even strike up a conversation and accept a quest or two.

I expect to be so impressed that I just walk around aimlessly, taking in the surroundings and talk to random characters. Is it just me or is there a chance this could actually happen?

I will go to the nearest pub and take a seat at a dark corner, dressed in a rangers outfit with its hoody over my head, smoking a pipe. Watching and eavesdropping on the folks, than i will take the ring from the halfling, and I will become the ruler of the world!!

I'm going to wander into the nearest town and find a place to stay with the few gold pieces I can rub together. I'll locate a tavern, get to know the locals, perhaps enjoy a cup of mead. Soon, I will need coin, so I'll see what work I can find... be it as a laborer chopping wood or mining, or doing odd jobs for needy townsfolk. I'll venture out away from town to stretch my legs and see the sights, but not too far away so I can get back by nightfall. I'll spend most nights in the tavern, playing games (I really hope there are games, such as chess :) ), or reading a book by the fire that I picked up the other day from a merchant.

Eventually I'll start to be more of an adventurer / treasure hunter, after overhearing the tempting tales from townsfolk. Dovawhat? If I have my way, I won't even know that I'm Dovahkiin for a long time.

I'm just going to roleplay it as if I'm new in town, settling into an ordinary life, and growing from there. I spent hundreds of hours in previous TES games before even starting their respective MQ's, so I'm certainly in no hurry. :)
