What's the ID for the Bound Dagger spell? : V

I have Dragonborn installed, and UESP says that it is: xx01ce06

I tried using the console to get the spell and it doesn't work.

Try using the console and :

Help "Bound Dagger"

That should give you the exact form ID of it.

The XX stands for the Load Order-- so if you had only Skyrim and Dragonborn installed, it would be 0101ce06 if memory serves; if you're typing in the xx, then that's not going to work, since XX is a place-holder for two digits that can change.

00 =vanilla 01, 02, 03 depending on load order of DLC.

Or type help bound into your console command and search all found items. it will show you the complete Id number.
