WHAT... is the hardest hitting enemy?

Post » Wed Jan 15, 2014 3:27 pm

He's on a mission to train my block against the terrible creatures of skyrim. After getting a severe case of AMNESIA, the only thing he can't remember is how to block properly. Poor Rengol :nope:

He fears no beast, when he has a proper restoration spell in hand at least.

Giants are my go to for block training. If you've legendary'd block then you should have the health to take the beating.

I'm about 80% sure that the Draugr Death Overlord does more melee damage than a giant. They only appear later in the game though. Giants are available right out of the gate.

OP, Be helpful to know what difficulty setting your playing on. Have you done or doing the MQ? Have you encounterd Alduin yet? get a good board and try bashing him... you'll level up pretty quick with this skill if you don't get fried by him ...

And here I thought you were honest..Should've known better.

@OP-The hardest hitting thing is clearly a goat with frenzy.

Okay, bad joke. Try fighting Giants like everyone else said.

6.) Ebony Warrior

7.) Dwarven Centurion Master

8.) Forsworn Briar-Heart

Well, there is no need for a hard hitting opponent if you have some experience in restoration and have some spells to go with it, and a lot of restore/regenerate magicka potions, and mage robes, magicka regenerating rings, amulets, enchanted gear, and so on...

you have to have the "Respite" perk in restoration, and a higher level healing spell and a heal other spell, then you find an opponent with a lot of hit points but not so much damage output.

You keep bashing the opponent until you run out of stamina, then you heal yourself, so that your stamina replenishes, and keep bashing again, until the target is near dead, then heal it, and continue with your power grinding...

This way, you gain Block skill faster than when you just keep blocking attacks, and you do not have to find hard hitting opponents, and also advance your restoration skill as well, which is another very useful skill.

But you really have to have the "Respite" perk first.

Pretty sure the Ebony Warrior could beat either number 4 or 5 with one of his hands on his back.

The ebony warrior can beat everyone in game.

there are more vids but, after this, you should get the point.

So he hits the hardest in game.

Ebony can beat them all. But he does not hit the hardest. He simply has a lot of health/armor and close wounds spell + reflect blows to keep him going. And the csHumanMeleeLvl7 that makes his combat algorithm second to none.

But damage per hit? He does not hit the hardest.
