I forgot to post this... but there was a REALLY weird encounter early in my playthrough that I still have no clue about...

I've never seen anything like it in a Fallout game so far....

Wasn't that a projectile from the bloatfly?

Nope... Was WAY too big... Look at it fly away into the distance. It had a wagging tail. Also the front of the thing looks like grabbers or something. Try pausing it around the 11 second mark as it passes overhead. You can see it clearly. If it was a bloatfly projectile the game got the scale wrong because it looks about 10x the size of a Bloatfly.

So nobody knows what this thing is?

If you look at the video from the first post you will see that it starts from BEHIND the bloatfly so it can't be attributed to that....

I have no clue what that is, hahahah!!! Runny as hell though. Did something throw it from a distance? It looks insect-y. Bloatfly larva? Why is it flying?

Looks like the bastard child of a facehugger and a headcrab. I've never seen anything like that. No enemy I know had a.... tail like that.

Fallout 4 just got it's first crytpid.

No, No.. I saw this too. When i saw it there were not boatfiles around. Just a pack of dogs. I also saw (at a different time) what I thought was a fighter jet fly by. It was very fast. But it sounded like a jet.

I chalked both up to the Institute. But now, I don't know.

Has anyone confirmed.. do we have aliens in the game?

It's not the thing that sounds like a jet that goes overhead which is...
