I started playing yesterday and made it to lvl 12 and joined the companions.
On my last trip to town I used Farkas (I think that's his name) to level up my heavy armor. When I left the house the companions started fighting people around town (both guards and citizens). I can't kill most of the people the companions attack, every time they lose their hp they just sigh for a few seconds and get up with full HP. I can't leave town nor stay in it without dying.

Can someone tell me what the hell happend and why?

How was it that you used Farkas to level up your Heavy Armor?

I don't have any saves before that, is there a way to finish this.. rebel (or what ever this is) on my current save?

And what do you mean by 'how'?

Farkas trains you in Heavy Armor. All the Companions have some form of training.

Thank you, I've hardly done much to do with the Companions besides just start their initial quests.

My guess is that you caused some aggro with somebody in town and since you're allied with the Companions, they've got your back against anyone that might take up arms against you.

Or do the Companions attack you, as well?

No, they companions don't attack me, they attack the same people I can.

Then I can only guess that you aggro'd somebody in town, because you're part of the Companions and so anyone who tries to fight you has to fight them, too.

If it's not that, then I don't know, I know nothing else of what you've been doing as of late in your game, and if you didn't remember what could've caused it, nobody will probably ever truly know why you've got a Wrestlemania happening in town now.

See if you can yield to someone before the bodies start piling up, or otherwise, just survive until the bodies stop piling up. Beyond that, just gonna have to live with that for this character, or start fresh or from the last save you do have, however much time ago it was.
