I've just noticed my archery skill is red and has lost about 20 skill points. :blink: I've not got any diseases and I tried praying at a alter and using disease potion. What has happened. :verymad: Is this a glitch?

Maybe a piece of your armor was giving you a boost and you took it off? Or your a vampire? I don't know.. maybe your just not worthy enough to be an Archer.

Go to magic - active effects and see what you got.

That wouldn't explain why it's now red, usaully you only get red if you have a disease. But I'm not showing any disease under the active magic effects and praying or using potion would clear any diseases, incluing vampirism. Damn I guess this in another glitch to add the list...

Level up archery, that fixes the bug.

Yes, I just gained another point in archery and it seems to have cleared it. I hope Bethesda fix this annoying glitch. :rolleyes:

Once diseases are removed, remove the bad buff on archery.
Seeing as good buffs are green, my guess is something buffed your archery down.

Do the following after removing the negative active effects, if it persists.

Console cure:
player.modav archery

Add 1 at a time if uncertain till the skill goes white.
