what the HELL is wrong with your game, Bethesda?!

Game worked perfectly fine. Reinstalled it one night and it kept crashing immediately after launch. Couldn't even hear the intro music.

Reinstalled it a second time. Launched fine. Got to the main menu. Tried to start a new game and crashed during loading screen. Now I'm back to where I was before: carshes after launch.

I thought Steam was just being really gay, so I restarted my comp. I boot up steam and I see FONV downloading in my game library - all the way from ZERO %. I didn't delete any content. All I did was restart.

WHY is this game so BUGGY after all this time it's been out???

I want a refund.

1. Why did you reinstall if it was working perfectly fine?
2.Steam redownloading the game is a Steam issue.

3., and this one is a biggie. You ask why the game is still so buggy after all this time? I in turn ask you why people still think Bethesda made the game after all this time. Seriously, its not even funny any more.

Bethesda was in complete charge of sorting out bugs in New Vegas. They somehow managed to miss a hell of a lot of bugs when it was first released, and theres still plenty left even after the patches.

Ever consider that maybe they never found most of the bugs people found? Theres only so much testing a handful of people can do vs millions. Top that with an open world game which are notoriously hard to bug test, unlike a 1 way linear game like Call of Duty or Mass Effect.

I reinstalled it because I thought some files got corrupted because there were mods I wanted to install that weren't working properly in-game.

But why do I even care now? I just want to get a refund for this piece of garbage. I bought it like 2 months back. Can I still ask for a refund?

Not only did I "consider" it, but I accepted it. I know that games like Fallout will have bugs. My point was that Bethesda did a really poor job at first of sorting out bugs, considering that it was their only job for New Vegas.

Oh and rladngus, I doubt you could get a refund now after 2 months, I might be wrong.
