What is the history behind your scars? : V

Hello everyone. So this time around in the character creation, we can add scars on several places and in several different formations. So I became curious, I love this feature and I will use scars on all my characters. For me this is a unique chance to build a deeper background history on my character and make it visual on my character. So share your ideas and reasons why you choose to add scars on your character in Skyrim, is it from war? is it from an accident?

Tavern wench though a frying pan at me, not one of my better stories.

<----- If you can see my avatar he has a green scar on his face after because of his alchemy set was sabotaged I wrote it somewhere in my character backstory.

Well, I have a scar on my face in real life, but instead of it being from a punch to the face (as it was) mine will be from fighting a bear in Skyrim. I just hope there are animal fur armors or animal headed helmets...I want to wear a bear (or wolf) head.

well I can add my history for the scars on my first character. Balforn got a scar when he was a kid, it is two parallel scars running on the right side of his face,under the right eye and back towards his ear. He got this when he was attacked by a starving wolf when hunting with his father, the wolf landed a strike and two of the fangs made deep scars very close to blinding him. His father killed the wolf just in time before it attacked his son again.

Seriously though, mine will be just below his right eye. Another assassin fired a bow but glanced my characters cheek, the assassin did not survive however those pesky cliffs are difficult to traverse at night aren't they.

Im hoping for a scar similar to the one i have on my right eyebrow. Which I got when I was about 2 from jumping on my mums bed and bouncing my head of the corner of german bedside table. It looks similar to a scar on Squall Leonharts (Main character of FF8) forehead but small and as aforementioned on my right eyebrow.

Yet to come up with an explanation for my character having them.

I was a naughty boy in the prison :hubbahubba:

But seriously, will be making the character I been created about 5 years ago, village was invaded with goblins killing his family and while trying to protect them got a scar over his right eye was KO when he woke up was the only survivor of his village and then started his journey to find a new home and protect those from evil!!

From a long hard life as a soldier, mercenary and bandit. I have as of yet no more specific backstory than that (for my scars that is, I have a much more detailed backstory for my character), may come up with one when I finally get to create my character.

Ive got one above each eye. One was when i fell off a chair at school tipping it on one leg and hit the table with my noggin. The other was falling into a big wooden table as a child. My head likes tables. I will call myself Tabledor. Fearsome warrior.

Gained the scar while dueling with imperial guardsmen for a crime he did not commit. Out numbered, it didn't end well for him. Crushed any and all faith he had for the empire.

my father was an alcohloic, a drinker, one night he drew a knife on my mother and cut her then he came to me and said why so serious lets put a smile on that face.

Not many of my characters have finished their full back stories, and only some have their physical attributes entirely complete (and likely won't be complete until I'm doing the finishing touches during their character creation).

However, one has received a scar (still pending) during their childhood after being caught for theft.

Not to ruin your story but that kid didnt survive. The goblins stole anything valuable from the village and while they checked through him and the others they found he was still warm, so they cut him open and ate his liver. Then carried his body off to decorate their cavern. Goblins never pass up on a good cavern ornament.

Ok Ive come up with an explaination.....and it is:

While escorting Martin to the temple of the one. My character is swiped by a daedroth whilst plunging her sword through its chest.
