It seems that when you get to 18 and above for a settlement that it is harder to keep everyone happy.

I have some like overland station, which is a small area, that have 5 or 6 people and everyone seems happy.

So what do you think are the ideal populations for small, medium and large settlements (by area)?


What about the minimum population you think these different size settlements should have?
