Like all things, it doesn't have any intrinsic meaning, only to the observer.

Purpose of life in general: prolonging life (not necessarily by reproduction), but it's kind of a circular goal, so I'm not entirely satisfied with it. It's more comforting than no purpose at all, though.

Purpose of my life: ohmygodwhatamidoingwithmyself I had a glimmer of an idea once but I seem to have misplaced it. I don't think I care much about defining it once and for all. At the end of the day I just want to do what makes me feel alive.
