What if the President of the Enclave was a ghoul, let's say the pre-war president turned into a ghoul there was a radiation leak at his bunker would they still allow him to be president. Don't tell me it can't happen because vault 92 in Fallout 3 collapsed and irradiated water flooded in. I wonder how the Enclave would act if there president was a ghoul what changes would they make.
