What's the purpose of this section?

Post » Sun Feb 14, 2016 3:19 am

As topic says:

Why did they make this section if NO ONE from bethesda ever gave any of their customer any kind of support?

I mean, is this just a cry wall?

A place where we are free to whine, because no one is going to help us?

Please do not take it as a flame post. I'm really curious to understand what this section is about.

Usually other android users can sometimes chime in and help eachother out before someone from Bethesda does. This is generally how all the other tech support sections for every other Bethesda game work too.

Hi there

While we might not always be posting, we're keeping a close eye on the forums to see the issues that are being reported. We continue to work on new updates for the game and we have news on them, we will let you guys know.

Thank you Gstaff, that is what most of us really want, just an aknowlagement that the issues we report are being looked at. I belive the whole community would appreciate it if we could get just an aknowlagement in a thread that an issue is being looked at or just a stickied, locked thread with a list of issues that are being looked at. I belive these little things would help assure people that aren't used to the lack of communication that the devs are working hard to fix the bugs.

Nice to know that they see these, at least. But I do understand that they cannot post on every thread, else they'd have to sit someone in front if it all day long and this board would be their only job. :)

I agrre on that Pashta, what I would like to see ideally is a known issues thread where they just list the known issues they are working on, no major details and have it pinned and locked. Otherwise just a post in the largest thread for each issue letting us know it's beeing looked at. Either way we would have at least have an aknowlagement of the issues that we are reporting and we could get rid of a lot of the duplicate threads and know that a fix is in the pipes at least.

That's a great idea. I'm surprised they didn't post one already.

Me to, but some times the best ideas have to be suggested before they are implemented.
