High rock was already used in the elder scrolls 2. We have covered Morrowind, Cirodiil, and now Skyrim.

What we have left is The summerset isle, Valenwood, High Rock, Argonia, And Elsweyr.

Well whatever it is, I hope the actual "Whole Game Map" will be much larger. My biggest immersion-breaker in Skyrim that everything is so damn bunched together, in some spots I can see 3-4 POI (Points of Interest) and my brain is argueing on which one I should check out first. And it would only take me 2 minutes to run to all 4 POI.

Skyrim might be detailed, it is still fairly small. Just look at Tamriel map, if the locations are all to scale, then the next TES game would be even smaller than Skyrim. Either there will be less point of interest or things are so dense it no longer feel natural. So if the TES 6 will be set in, say Summerset Isle, they either need to make it bigger then the scale, or do more than 1 provinces. Valenwood plus Elsweyr perhaps? Akavir continent would be great too.

Shouldn't this be in the TES general discussion forum?

Anyways, I'm wondering if we won't see a return to Morrowind - not Vvardenfell, but the mainland - or perhaps a cross-border game, in the next installment.

Either that or Summerset Isle. I can't see them making a beast-race based world, as they don't seem to have been a big a feature of the games as they've gone along.
