It has all the files that the CS uses.
Without the disk, the CS just uses all the files from the BSA, so it doesn't need that disk to work.

If you need a file so you can edit it, you can pull it off of the CS disk, but most people just extract what they need from the BSA.

I usually just copy the CS data files from the disc to my hard drive so I don't have to hunt down the disc or open a bsa browser when I want something.
