What if the Tsaeci Potentates never died?

While thinking of that certain point, this thought came up to me. So some believe that the Tsaeci are literally immortal. Whether or not this is true, the two Akaviri Potentates had after the Reman dynasty died lived quite a long time. And they both did not died naturally (Rather they were assassinated.). This probably means that the Tsaeci (Or a certain group of them.) naturally has a long lifespan, if not outright immortal.

So say if the Potentates continued to live up to 4E201. How different would the games be? Would it be the same because Tiber Septim still overthrew the Tsaeci rulers? Or did Tiber Septim couldn't or just chose not to do so? How different would the overall history of the Empire (Both Second and Third.) be?

What would history be like if Alexander the Great never died?

It's an unanswerable question. I assume that, in their never dying by any means, that the Reman empire would have stuck around — the death of that empire would mean the death of its rulers. Tamriel would always have been in the second era, ESO would never have happened, and perhaps society would be more technologically advanced.

By history I meant the general direction Tamriel would of went. I don't expect any of us could speculate what would exactly happened if the Potentates lived over a few hundred years.
