At one point in an Oblivion game (which I stupidly erased), I had a bow that would inflict a random spell on someone when I shot an arrow at them. I don't remember the name of the bow or where I got it, but would love to get it again! Did anyone else ever get this?

The bow you seek is called Ruin's Edge and is found in the Shivering Isles.
