What is this line? Is it normal? : IV

The line is really noticeable. It bugs me.

Just a texture thing. Once there is something there, it might go away.

Looks like the monitor is tearing a bit -- If you look at the page divider in that journal you'll see the lines do not line up -- do you have V-sync turned off ?? looks like the vertical lines are not being drawn in sync with each other. (or it could just be normal for an empty page since that part is usually covered by the completed quest info so is not normally shown very often.

You could try turning on VSYNC and see if it lines up better.

I tried Vsync But it didn't work.... =(... But how come on Ur screen shot u do not have my lines.... I really wanna fix this problem
