What's this swampgrass.esp I see in people's LOs lately?

I have no idea what it does or where to find it but it sounds like it could be worthwhile :D

also, I've seen someone a while ago was using a OOO DTL + DLT OBSE patch, anyone knows where to find that?

This is a file corePC made a few months ago. http://www.4shared.com/file/ZmgYCTtm/Oscuro_Oblivion_Overhaul_-_Dro.html. I thought it would be part of the new beta, though. Is it not?
