What type of apparel would you like to see

Post » Fri Nov 27, 2015 5:07 am

Me personally I wold like to see more variation towards the apparel in armour like light or medium armour maybe old military fatigues or body armour that still has some use and maybe a skyrim approach to apparel as well and lastly body armour to not be OP

More raider armor! Love that crazy stuff! Would also like to see more Merc outfits and hope they finally make up their minds about whether it's armor or clothing (it was weird how it had a decent armor rating in F3 but NV it was essentially clothing).

I just want a huge variety of things for role playing reasons. If like to see more clothing options, as in not armor. Also a lot more heavy armor that's not power armor.

I would like more armor slots so I can mix and match a bit more.

I would like some I guess medium type armors, like what most of the mercs wear, that's usually what I end up wearing anyways. Also gear that ajusts to the character would be nice. Having my beard stick out of face masks and having headbands go into my characters forehead was annoying.

This would be nice, but I'm afraid it'll be onesies, head gear, and face items again.

Washington's General attire. Not some prettied-up fake. Not a replica. I want an actual uniform that Gerorge Washington wore during the Revolutionary War, in perfect condition and fully functional even after all this time.

Armored vault suit. I have a theory that the inclusion of one in 3 and the lack of one in NV is why many people liked 3 better. Most of them just don't realize this because it's on a subconscious level.

The Courier's duster, found on an alien ship as part of a random encounter Easter egg that people will try to interpret as canon proof that the Courier was abducted by aliens.

Mad Max-styled leather jacket, as seen in every game to date... but with the shocking twist of having not one, but TWO sleeves.

White robes like those worn by the Vault Boy when you've got "very good" karma. Obviously they must come with sandals or no shoes at all.

Just give me that damn mysterious stranger overcoat (and a police pistol) and you will not see me complain anymore about anything.

Lol, wow you are easy to please! I agree that coat is sweet! It's encouraging that we saw the guy/android/whatever walking down the street in one in the trailer.

Personally, I just want an Enclave Officer Uniform. I'm certainly we'll get Enclave power armour but I want the uniform. Aside from that I'm not too bothered what we'll end up seeing.

I would like to simply wear one thing over the other. Such as a trench coat over light armour.

Oh yeah, Bethesda signed dude's death warrant when they released the trailer, if he makes it into the final game.

Tesla Armor is probably my favorite kind of Power Armor.

I want to still have a reason to wear my Armored Vault Jumpsuit after I get the Tesla Armor, though. That's practically the green tunic of the Fallout franchise.

a leather armor that nods to Fallout 1/2 / Mad Max without it being pre order bonus stuff (so everyone can enjoy it ;3)

In general end game armours that looks less bulky, oh and a nice selection of gas masks would be cool too.

Someone in another thread came up with the idea but a Tin foil hat would be awesome. Lone Wolf Radio missed that chance in New Vegas and given the developers love for Futurama it would have made a nice easter egg as well.

But it is't to late for Fallout 4 :shifty:

Update.

Forget about my hat, the ranger grey hat. I麓m black stripe fan of this hat. So, SO cool

I also love this mask in F3

The wikia says that is present in NV. Well, more then 1000 hours here and I NEVER see :(

You can't go wrong with combat armour combined with some form of long coat. There's the Desert Ranger set in Honest Hearts that has been my characters second skin for a long time, and there's also the Wasteland Soldier set from Fallout 3 mods that also looks extremely nifty.

Long coats just fit in so well with post-apocalpytic fashion. Its really no contest.
