What's a typical playthrough like in your modded Oblivion?

I've finally got a heavily modded yet stable game, and I've put a decent amount of time into it. My modded game focuses on realism mostly. A typical playthrough consists of me making sure I have enough food and water for long journeys (no fast travel), walking a lot (Realistic Fatigue makes running with a lot of loot impractical), being always on edge for fights and VERY wary of archers (Duke Patrick's combat mods are responsible for this), picking and choosing what loot to take back to town (encumbrance is set pretty low, though realistic), and appreciating the amazing atmosphere of the game (Sounds of Cyrodiil has a tremendous impact on this, along with many other immersion enhancing mods, such as All Natural and Animated Window Lighting System).

How about you?

After having played as much as I have, it is about specific quests now, for items in some cases, to decorate my abodes.

I do change up the game by different content mods (FCOM, or its individual components, TIE, Warcry ND, etc). And of course Dynamic Leveled Lists is showing me things I never seen in one of my games.
