I was just wondering if any has ever seen this version of Morrowind before, I came across it on Google images a while ago and couldn't find any information about it. Any information would be very appreciated!

I believe the GOTY edition had three disks, so presumably this is the vanilla edition. I suppose it's possible the Japanese PC release didn't come with the editor, but I've never heard that before.
