I would love it if they had voice actors from Vampire: The Masquerade - bloodlines, and possibly the voice director and the script writer.... that game had awesome conversations.

EDIT: I didn't realize the guy who voiced Bender in Futurama was one of the voice actors for that game :P

but he's also in a ton of Anime... so he shouldn't get a job no matter how good he is?

Why so ignorant?

No he shouldn't. If a voice actor does anime he may as well be blowing whatnots for coke on a street corner. That filth has no place in proper art forms. :toughninja:

With 70 Voice actors, each race will have mutiple voices. And there will be a good few unique voices too.

Keith David would be welcome. The guy has an awesome voice, plus he does a lot of voice acting.

Indeed. It's great to see that there at least a couple good things coming out of Mass Effect, Hale and David being the prime ones. They had careers before, yes, but David definitely sunk into obscurity until ME and The Princess and the Frog.

Who ever did "Dad" in Fallout 3. I don't know who he was or where he would fit in but bring him back!

Liam Neeson, he has been in a lot of movies lately

O.K I'm just going to list 'em

Sean Connery as every old man
James Earl Jones
The guy from those Enzyte commercials, the announcer's voice with the boner guy's face
Pee Wee Herman
Clint Eastwood
Harry Potter's Uncle (or his cousin Dudley)
The same guy who played Glooraloos from TES4 Shivering Isles, same character, everything, he was the work of genius.
Oh and that lady who asks you for skooma
The fan
Me, I wanna be in there
James Hetfield (from Mehtaliker)
and the late Macho Man Randy Savage, a dream that sadly will never come true.

Yeah, those are the people that I want to voice people in Skyrim, and only them. That would be difficult however, because no one in there is a girl (with exception from that Skooma lady, but she only gets 1 part) They could just have Pee Wee do all those parts.

I wish all Bretons were voiced by French people, because I'm going to play a Breton and I'd like her to scream her dragon shouts with this sixy French accent

Pleeeeeease? :pout:

John Rhys Davies would do an amazing voiceover for one of the Greybeards.

I say give me LESS "Actors/BIg names" and give us GOOD talented VOICE ACTORS.

You know, the people that actually do it for a living?

I'd take a group of well talented voice actors like the great Maurice LaMarche (Brain from pinky and the brain, and most recently futurama kip, etc), Rob Paulsen, Jim Cummings, BIlly west, etc for half th eprice probably that they had to pay Patrick Stewart and others.

Why blow potentially all that money on a "star name" who'll voice a single character which most likely won't be in it that long when you can take their budget and spread it across to actual voice actors who can voice a LOT mor echaracters and do them well enough that you wouldn't even realize it's the same person doing the voice?

The only actor I'd like to see do a voice in Skyrim would be Richard Ridings, who while he's mainly an actor he also does some video game voice work, most people know him from Dungeon Keeper, as the mentor. IMO he'd be EXCELLENT in Skyrim, espeically with the whole Nord setting, he has a great deep manly voice that would fit very well.

Oh and that lady who asks you for skooma

Skooma! Skooooooma!

Actually, wouldn't it be just perfect if they ditched the whole idea of Skyrim and instead remade Shivering Isles as its own game, the way it always deserved to be done? ^^

"To be honest, we've just been messing with you the whole time. There's never been TES V: Skyrim in developement, other than the decoy demo we quickly scrapped together on a boring weekend, just to keep you occupied and have a few laughs reading the forums.
Don't despair, however, and please, do put down the pitchforks, as instead we present to you the actual game we've been working on during that time! - TES V: Shivering Isles! CHEESE for everyone!"

Professional voice actors not top budget hollywood movie stars that cost the producers millions altogether shortening their budgets that could have gone into making a better game. =)
