The B B Gun

The BB gun isn't unique.

And my first unique weapon was the repellent stick.

Mine was Eugene ... I spent a significant amout of time skulking around that top ... once I got there everyone was dead except for the other ranger (forget his name) I killed him ofcourse and used the fission battery for the advance , elevator
Great armour though ... ranger stuff. problem is the helmet always takes dmg and I can never find enough helmets to repair.
Funy thing is with any other armour its not the case. Hence Ive decided that matching helm is of less importance.

A3-21's Plasma Rifle... It was the only unique weapon I got on my first playthrough. Yeah, I played the game like a standard FPS and had no idea how to truly enjoy a Bethesda game. No exploring, no unique weapons, no fun!

The first one I ever came across? I guess that would be the repellent stick.

I believe it was the one that had to do with Lincoln somehow. Don't remember the name of it.

Lincoln's Repeater

I just picked this gun up , Holy crap its awesome. I know there's better out there for sure. But it just suits my style.
Sad about the ammo though ... its rarity in the wasteland.

The 10mm pistol you get from Amada. It may not seem unique to most people but if you look at it the way i do it was the first weapon you got to defend your self and is a very helpful and vital tool to survive in the waste at the beginning. Plus it always reminds me of the love that could not be.

I guess the Repellant Stick if it counts, then Vampire's edge, and then perhaps the Wazer Wifle. Although I recently found a weapons cash that could easily be obtained at early levels (I think), involving the Miss Launcher. Plus I've been finding a slew of other unique weapons lately.

The LR could be one of the best weapons in the game, at least imo. If you have the Pitt, you might find a way to get more .44 ammo.

I kind of remembered the scarcity Of .44 rounds from my first playthrough. To counter it everytime I traded with anyone I would always look at the ammo first. In order of preference it was .308 ammo, .44 & and then .32.
Also remember they always stock every 3 days.
Now I have like 400 rounds of .308 which is ridiculous and a similar amount of .44.

On topic: I suppose mine would be the repelent stick too. I can't really remember but I do remember doing WSG quite early.
On my current playthrough it was repelent stick too.
I wish it had been that a3-21 or whatever it's called but I must of somehow done the quest different and i didn't receive it :(
I like dealing with the consequences instead of reloading a save.

I found merchants are darn near the only source of 44 amo. Yes next play through , Ill save all 44 amo for when I get the LR.

the A2-31 err summthin you mean .... haha I have no clue.
I guess I have an aversion to swimming in this game , otherwise I would have finished that quest along time ago.
Maybe it stems from Im still on an old 17" monitor.
On a side note ... im curious ... what kind of gun is O'l painless?

Another good source for .44 is desks and lockers. If I do find any that's where I do.
I think Ol'painless is a slightly better version of the hunting rifle. But don't quote me on that.
Surprised to see it was a few peoples first unique weapon. I'd like to know where to get it.. But I'm trying to find everything on my own this time without looking at the wiki.
I've been finding unique stuff on my own lately and it really does make the feeling a lot nicer.
On the subject i found some very interesting unique spiked knuckles off a certain so & so with a little backstory which I thought was brilliant. First time I've ever found them.

Ol Painless is an awesome hunting rifle. The spread is less. Outside of VATS, I can tag enemies at what looks like 200 yards, before they show up on radar. And the reload is amazingly fast. You can actually fire and lead on the fly, it reloads so fast. The LR is sometimes so OP, that depending on my build, I use Ol Painless instead. Though I do plan on getting it this play.
Those unique knuckles are awesome, they have unique stats, however, you cannot repair them yourself, and that's why it's a pain sometimes.
