Nintendo 64, remember my brother dragging me to our neighbor's house to play Nintendo when he had to baby-sit me, I was around six then in around 1998. One day, when he got bored of the Nintendo he went to hang with our neighbor outside and left me alone where I picked up a controller

the rest is history. ^_^

Luigi is the [censored]! I always liked Luigi more because he was green.

That's awesome, one time I talked my mom into playing test drive 6 on the playstation 1 and she was crashing into everything and laughing hysterically. She really svcked at that game LOL but she had fun.

Moms playing video games. :goodjob:

NES, SNES and Game Boy. My dad had all of them before I was born. I just started playing them all when I was old enough.

Atari Super Pong, when I was a wee one, we could actually play Pong FOUR different ways! :P After that, we had Intellivision, but I would play an Atari system when I would babysit. (At their house)

Super Pong? Pffft. That's when they started selling out to make more money from the casual Pong player crowd. The original was what real Pong players were about. ;) hardcoe. :mohawk:

My first handheld was an http://www.handheldmuseum.com/Entex/SpaceBattle.htm: no cartridges there either, and playing against the computer tended to be quite predictable. It was fun, though!

Never gamed until I got Diablo II. Played it on a terrible Toshiba desktop with a 500 Mhz Celeron and a PCI Voodoo3 graphics card. Fun times!

Atari 2600. First game was Breakout.

About the same, except our first games were Breakout, Pac-Man, Berserk, Missile Command, and Space Invaders. Dad bought a bunch at once. Oh, and it came with Combat.

Quite a jump for muscle memory.

when i was brought into this world, i was immediately handed down the NES that my parents got. But my first ever console actually given to me was on a nice cool christmas morning and it was the N64 that came with pod racers. still own it and play it all the time.

ZOMG! Did you say Pod Racers?! I have that for my N64 too! I loved that game, I used to just crash into other people on purpose so I could here their alien curses and I would laugh for the longest time at just that

Edit: Now that I think of it, most of my N64 games were Star Wars. I had Pod Racers, a couple Rogue Squadron games, and Shadow of the Empire or something like that. Thats only 4 but keep in mind the only other games I had was some Indiana Jones game I stole from Block Buster and Pokemon Stadium.

My neighbor had one of those, I was always so jealous.

The first computer I gamed on was a Xerox 820, all the games were stored on 8 in floppies. My dad bought an Atari 2600 "for the boy" but most of the games were way more appropriate for someone older. :glare:

First game I played was Warcraft II at maybe 6 or 7 years of age.
Was pretty good at it too.
So PC, good old PC that could handle any game I installed on it without updating my damn RAM or graphics card or other [censored].

First game was Zelda.

Aside from this and other than Atari 2600, and Jaguar, I have owned every console that came after the NES.

First PC I gamed on was Dell Dimension 2200. It was Morrowind as the first game.

Well it was PC of course :)

Obviously very young and only had 'educational' software but my dad was playing Baldurs Gate around when I was 4 (he didn't like it)

First console I had was a good ol' PS1 and I played solely racing games on it. I later got a GBA and was able to play old SNES Mario reissues and Zelda.

Was either an NES or Sega Genesis (I have both the regular Sega and Genesis). I forget how I got the Sega, but I know I got the NES from a friend whose dad said he played it too much and got in trouble, so he had to give it away and he gave it to me, along with like 50 games.

Amiga 500. (I still have it too.) Hard to believe now that it had 500 kb of RAM and I had to buy a chip to upgrade it to one whole MB. I would facepalm here, but that's how it was back then.

I enjoyed some good games on that, especially "Lords of the Rising Sun", "Midwinter", and an early form of Populous. I also had/have one of the first Battletech games, "The Crescent Hawk's Inception".
