Actually, my first thoughts were related to the possibility of creating a character, Friar Francois, who is not my first character, a somewhat rotund individuial.

I imagine him to be a portly jolly fellow who likes kitchens, mead, and barmaids, on his way to seeking happines and true love, lol.

Depends on the type. Simple "remove the underwear" mods might come that quick. But even in OB & FO3, the bigger "make a new body model" ones take at least a month if not more. Learning the new NIF system, actually building the model, making new textures..... takes time. (And with Skyrim, figuring out how the variable-build system works. If it's just a way to pre-package three different body models and give players a choice, it'll probably be easy - just replace one of the three original bodies with the new one, and ignore the others. If it's a morphing system that modifies a single body model, that could complicate things a good amount. :tongue:)

I want my Bosmer thief to have a scar running from his upper-left brow bone down past the left eye to his upper-left cheekbone with a dead left eye, possibly an eye patch if available (which would hopefully be a removable item found in the inventory). He got into a fight with a prison inmate and got slashed in the left eye area by the inmate's hidden dagger. Then he gouged the inmate's eyes out with his (the inmate's) own thumbs. Now, they call him the One-Eyed Bandit. I hope that's an Arena nickname I can choose lol.

Honestly? My first thought was changing general height and weight, which I would be more than happy to have alone.

My second thought was changing other things, like specific body-part sizes similar to in the Sims (as I recall you could have really fat arms but really skinny legs and whatnot).

My third thought was briast size. Guilty as charged.

My fourth thought was, "I'm actually kind of hungry now...I think I'll get lunch."
