I call mine Lil' [censored] Face. He has huge, staring eyes close together in the middle of his head. His jaw is enormous and jutting, and his massive, puffy nose exposes his tiny braincase. A mohawk and goatee complete the look. Sadly I did not take any screenshots.

A nose which is actually a little inverted, really far apart eyes, grotesquely enlarged lips, a huge forehead, high brow and absolutely no chin to speak of (indeed, her neck sticks out more than her chin, leading to the adam apple problem...)
