I might plump for a nice Warhammer or Battle Axe. Failing that It'll be a Sword & Axe Combo.

Definitely a sword and shield. The description in the GI cover story just sounded awesome.

Dual "Invoke Haskill" FTW.

Damn, now you all are crazy about dual wielding... as I respect, I won't use it. I find it, in most cases, very impractical...

And I would expect staves to be a two handed weapon... it is the logical thing, isn't it?

Mainly a bow to get a sneak attack critical from a distance, and if that doesn't kill then I'll switch to either duel daggers or a destruction spell and dagger combo.

I like a ranger set up like several other people have

Bow as priority for starting combat
Knives or short swords as my close combat

I also think dual katanas would be fun for a more warrior loadout.

Shield left, healing spell right. Dragon Shouts attack= God Mode. Which I will never do cause that'd kill the game.

Magic and a longsword most likely, but probably a lot if bow and arrow too, as it isn't supposed to be underpowered in this game.

2 Daggers

1 Dagger and 1 Spell for other situations. (usually Illusion for chameleon, invisibility, night eye, paralyze)

Nightblade-ish character.

So do we have to have a spell equipped in a hand to use it? Or if I have a fire effect and a sword in one hand will that sword become engulfed in flames? Maybe a trained battlemage could accomplish this.

I wonder, can you cast buff-type spells (self-targeted) while using DW or a 2H?

I hope so :)

What weapons will I use? All of them.

I won't dual wield though, unless I'm using some sort of non-weapon in my off-hand like that glowing staff in one of the screenshots.
