What weapons better? : V

Hi.

Noob question.

I have a choice of 2 axe's at the moment

The Axe of Whiterun which does 13 damage and 30 magica(I assume that drains magica?)
and
A Skyforge steel axe which does 19 damage, but also fills Soul Gems?

Whats better??

Skyforge steel axe if you're looking for damage. Axe of Whiterun could be good for killing mages, but then again you'd kill'em faster with the Skyforge steel.
