EMP Pistol - An energy weapon class pistol that temporarily disables robots. It would be more common than the Pulse Pistol due to being less effective. On non-robotic characters, it would temporarily disable their weapons for 3 seconds, while still doing some damage. It would use a new EMP charge type ammo.

EMP Rifle - Same as the EMP Pistol, but with a higher DPS at the cost of some damage.

EMP Mine and Grenade - Same effects as previously mentioned.

Essentially, they'd be a more common version of pulse weapons.

A two-handed katana or a highland claymore would be awesome
and a dark grey light armour hood, one that looks more like a modern coat hood rather than the oasis hoods.

Is that the CSA's Sharps Rifle? Sounds like a great one for Fallout:Manassas J/K


It's more of a "cowboy gun" than a .45-70 revolver. I'd like a Cowboy era sniper rifle that I don't have to assault a good karma NPC to get my hands on. Rifles like that..with and without scopes...were used by buffalo-hunters and target shooters from the 1870s-up to the beginning of the 20th century.

Weapon ideas:

Tesla coil; much like the flamer, only with lighting or electricty, runs on ECP's, mods: incendiary reactor; causes lightning to not only shock but light on fire;, extended reactor; ammo cap 90 to ecp.
energy: 70, str: 7, dam: 25, dps: 175 (this would look something similar to a multiplas rifle) spread: 0.5, clip: 60/90, ammo/shot: 1, shots/clip: 60/90, crit,: x1, crit. attack: 50, HP: 200

Bow and Arrows; duh, uses arrows. mods: scope; adds long range sight;, reinforced cord; decreases weapon hp drain rate
survival: 40, str: 52, dam: 33, dps: 91 ammo: reg. arrows, and explosive arrows, clip: 1, ammo/shot: 1, shots/clip: 1, crit.: x1, crti. attack: 150, HP: 250

Plas-laser rifle; mix between a laser and a plasma rifle, takes MF cells, 4 per shot 20 per clip, shoots a bolt of plasma and a beam of light out of the same barrel causing an orangeish, elongated bolt of energy. mods: upgraded reactor; uses 2 less MFC per shot, increased mags; ammo cap 20 to 40, plas laser rifle scope; adds mid or long range sight
energy: 80, str: 8, dam: 79, dps: 83, spread: 0.0225, clip: 20/40, ammo/shot: 4/2, shots/clip: 4/10/20, crit,: x2, crit. attack: 158, HP: 150

Sonic Rifle: related quest: Scuba-Lurking (see: Future DLC Suggestions #6, page 1), using the lakelurk's natural sonic ability, emits a blueish sonic wave, is very loud though, takes MF cells. mods: Sonic Rifle silencer: reduces noise, drastically;, Sonic Rifle accelerator: increases rate of fire. energy: 70, str: 6, dam: 44, dps: 91, spread: 0,0777, clip: 12, ammo/shot: 2, shots/clip: 6, crit.: x1.5, crit. attack: 66, HP: 125

Also, it would be nice if you could build armor mods at a workbench, like a tesla emitter for the power armor or spikes for combat armor or reinforced bullet protection or reinforced energy pretection or overall reinforcement. That would be awesome, especially if they increase the level cap and make enemies stronger.

Fully automatic FAL- Would shoot .308 rounds as it does in real life.

An M60- Now this would be an extremely fun weapon to have in this game.

Last but not least an SR-25-This sniper rifle is one of the top 20 sniper rifles made from the US and it is pretty cool looking.

Those are modern weapons and dont exist in Fallout for all we know, guns in Fallout are either pre-50's or BASED on real guns by are different.

I was thinking of something thats a little different from the Gauss Rifle. Basically you have it like the Sniper Rifle but it fires Energy Weapons instead and its only one shot instead of the 4 or 5 that the Gauss Rifle uses.

Well they made a .50 cal for one gun in New Vegas, BBs for a bb gun, 25mm grenade for one weapon, and mini nukes for the fatman. BB gun is only around for nostalgia (but I hear with the right perks and skill it can be awesome).

I would like to have the 2mm back for the Gauss rifle and pistol as well as Gauss minigun. Thats three weapons right there. .45 cal back for a Tommy Gun and Colt .45, it would be better then then having the .22s.

You mean like the laser rifle with scope?
Hmm, perhaps something more powerful. Perhaps a Plasma Sniper. It would have the magnetic claws from the P94, but they would be exceptionally long so as to stabilize the plasma toroid for accurate shooting. The Plasma Sniper would still fire slow projectiles, but you could purchase a mod for it that would give it a magnetic accelerator, something resembling the gauss rifle's coils, that would accelerate the projectiles so they move faster. (Makes it easier to hit moving targets)

Well, the 2mm EC rounds had the slug and the energy ammo as one unit. The F3/NV Gauss uses MF cells for power and has an infinite reservoir of slugs in a magazine/hopper of sorts attached to the side of the weapon. Would it be so difficult to convert the old Gauss weapons to such a system? You could even have terminal entries about how the weapons were different models designed around the same idea but with different ammunition types.

Since real guns are often released in multiple calibers, I don't see why energy weapons ammo would be any different, you could have two models of the same gun, one using 2mm EC and one using MF cells with integrated slug magazines. So you could have the gun still be in the game without having to bring back 2mm EC.

how about "the hell raiser"...DESCRIPTION: a very fast firing and shiny pre war Japanese type 100 (very well preserved)...taking 9mm. ammo in a 35 round clip I could see it being held in some kind of shrine.

Long Bow or Crossbow with arrows you can retrieve after firing them
1911
Semi Auto Laser Rifle and Pistol with iron sights
Super 90/870MCS Tactical Shotgun with a spread of 1 so that slugs are far more accurate, even an optic to replace the iron sights
A Light Machine Gun that isn't terribly inaccurate. Modeled after either a 240 Bravo or 249
