What will the name of the next main character be like the co

Post » Thu May 03, 2012 6:28 pm

The [Insert Selection Here] with multiple choices that have deep effects on the storyline. This is Bethesda however so it'll probably be The Lone Wanderer #2.

The Tribal.
Have your character be in some village then get captured, enslaved, and then escape. Afterwards people will assume you're from that village but you can tell people you're not. However since the news of your escape, and your title, came long before you telling people otherwise the name sticks.

I like this idea but only if it was integrated into my idea

The mole-rat born
You should have acted.
They're already here.
The Pip-boy told of their return.
Their defeat was merely delay
Til the time after the Enclave was defeated again,
When the sons of the wasteland would spill their own blood.
But no-one wanted to believe.
Believe they even existed.
And when the truth finally dawns:
It dawns in fire.
But,
There's one they fear.
In their tongue, he's Mole-Ratkiin:
Mole-Ratborn!

The Atomizer; The Pioneer; The Frontiersman; The Hunter; The Man/Woman with No Name (obviously dependent on gender); The Postman/Patriot.

Player Name

Just like it is at the start of Fallout3, canonically the Lone Wanderer is called Player Name as that's what comes up when you get to enter a name.

Player name #2!!

The Hipster.

People. People never get you. Since the dawn of human kind, no one has truly understood. They shunned you in every aspect from clothes, to music, to simple indie movies. In the year 2293 after 20 years of alienation, the hedonistic nature of the mainstream could sustain itself no longer. Your life was plunged int an abyss of plaid and thick rims. But it was not, as some had predicted, just a phase. Instead, this stage was simply the prologue to another obscure chapter of American subculture. For the mainstream had succeeded in selling out - but people, people never get you. In the early days, thousands were spared the horrors of the popular opinion by taking refuge in commerce centers such as record stores. But when they emerged, they had only the hell of the mundane to greet them - except for all those protected with scarves and courier bags. For on the fateful day, when shallow music flooded the streets, your netflix subscription ran out... and was never renewed. It was here you lived your life. It is here you will die. Because within the underground scene, no one knows how deep you are, and no one ever understands.

THE EXILE!
Sounds pretty good.
It also reference a bit to inXile, Brian Fargo's company (if you aren't up to date, he's gonna make Wasteland 2, the first game being what Fallout was kind of based of, and he was the founder of original Interplay)

I applaude you, sir! Now I am off to listen to music you probably haven't heard of.
