What will you be doing the day before the release of Skyrim?

Post » Sun Dec 12, 2010 2:33 am

If you are on these boards.... it is not "just a game", but I will be doing the same with that Elephant in the room.

It is just a game Fall Out 3 I brougth two weeks after it's release and still I did get a t-shirt at the shop where I brougth it ....

I ceirtainly will buy it sometime not sure if it is the 'releasing' day, first I need a better machine and I don't have the money right now ... Yes gaming is not my priority in life ...

And I know TeS games you can play them for years I started playing Oblivion a year after it's release ... And still I am playing it ...

And if my Morrowind disc was not corrupted I also would play that one ...

Not going near the Internet, that's for sure. With the time difference, people in the US will get the game almost a day before me, and I won't have anything ruined by you blabber-mouths. :P

I'll probably watch the LOTR trilogy and have an early night, so I'll be fresh for the next day. :)

I work at home, I predict I'll be here in the forums all day to enjoy the server meltdown, what else? Waiting for the box to arrive.

Celebrating my birthday, and making sure I pre-ordered it already, then stay up all night sugar high off Mtn Dew and cake, awaiting the Epicness of the game.
then when I recieve it probably pass out for a couple of hours and play it when I wake up.

I can't say for sure, but I see myself briefly shaking my fist at the computer screen while reading about the lucky people that received the game early due to a stockperson at Walmart putting the game out prior to the release date.

I don't know. 10/11/11 (or 11/10/11 if you prefer) is a very long time away. I haven't thought about it. I am now, obviously, but only 'cause you mentioned it, and seeing as I'm thinking about it, I might as well come up with an answer. However, I can't think of anything that I could set in stone, so the only thing I can do is say what I know I will definitely be doing:

At some point in the day, I will be sitting. Probably thinking about Skyrim...

I can't say for sure, but I see myself briefly shaking my fist at the computer screen while reading about the lucky people that received the game early due to a stockperson at Walmart putting the game out prior to the release date.

And that's why I stay well away from anything to do with upcoming releases on the week of release. Although...I do imagine I might end up one of those lucky people. Maybe you will be too.

I will be at school, working...
After that, I'm gona wait for an "unpaid-by-companies review." on tv. (M.net).

And, I'm gona wait t'ill the price of the game goes down, because I know the world will be smaller than Oblivion and there's things I wont like (that I will mod out.)
