I always play female characters, and more effort will be put into the wives, so it looks like my character is going to be a flaming lisbian. I'm a straight female; hope it doesn't give the BF ideas.

That's interesting - Female gamers have to play as lisbians in games to get the most out of the games as the game's target audience are males, the game is developed mostly by males, and not enough work is put to male companions.

I seriously doubt Bethesda would go that far, my only concern is that are we gonna see our Two Characters having Naked six in Bed with my Spouce (Woman) having a Baby.

Probably an imperial, I am going to play a Nord. A nord wife won't work with my character. But we'll see. No Orc, Khajiit, Argonian, Dark Elf, Wood Elf or High Elf. That's for sure. I'm leaning towards anything human.

If the whole idea is not very useful, I'll just stay bachelor instead.

I'm going to immediately set out and find Alduin. Then I am going to party with him. When we are done parting I am going to ride him, and then have my face eaten off while I shout DOVAHKIIN. When the load screen comes up, I will turn off the game and throw it away, as nothing else in the game will be able to outdo what I just did. :rock:

Seriously though, I am going to be an Argonian and am probably just going to find a cute Argonian girl, preferably one with a voice that does not sound like someone pushing 70, and go from there.

I don't understand the leap in logic people make about romance in games always leading to graphic depictions of six.

Probably a Female Imperial or Breton but my character is probably going to marry for evil reasons like setting herself up to be rich if the Partner has an unexpected death. :chaos:

Actually, I thought that marriage in Skyrim (the province) didn't really exist? According to one of the Nords in Bruma, she lived with her mate "the old way", where they would just live together without ceremonies or any of that junk. So I guess there is marriage in a way, just no ceremonies...Kind of changes my aspect on the matter in a way. Not too much, though.

Nope this is the Skyrim forum. Try Lionhead, those who are the biggest BS'ers out there. That's who you're looking for.

lionhead and the fable series are not actually as bad as everyone makes them out to be :/ sure peter molynoux does over promise to much he and his team can handle, thats why most the time the lionhead devs have to step up and say that peter was just talking out his ass to not bore people. as for the fable series i actually enjoy it very much, its not a game that takes itself very seriously and has quite alot of charm. so people comparing fable to the elder scrolls just isnt fair, also there not even in the same genre lol

anyway rant over. i will marry a a dark elf woman and we will be the elder scrolls bonnie and clyde
