What will be your Fighting style?

I'll probably end up replaying many times with different characters and different weapons.
But my favorite always has been a claymore. Hammers would be pretty cool too if they implement FO3 gore with exploding pumpkins.
I'm hoping to see some heads flying. :chaos:

Turn invis as soon as I get my illusion high enough, summon the most badass creature from the province of Skyrim, grab some popcorn, place my wager, and watch the fight take place.

Umbra in my right hand and my 900 damage spell that I always name "Twilight's Touch" which it was 300 fire, 300 frost and 300 electricity. As for imvisibility, I hope they change it to constantly drain magicka while it's up so that you can't use it for long.

Meh, depending on the mood, sometimes dual mace, sometimes two handed sword, but I can already see how awesome I'll be with dual spell, so I'll mainly go with that =D

and shield/shield, just for the fun of bashing.

As I have always played, a Nord Barbarian/Huntsman. Two-Handed Axe, sword and shield for reserve or against archers, and a bow for range when needed (or maybe throwing weapons if they are in the game).

First time around I will just get used to the layout of how things run with wielding a weapon in one hand, and magic in the other. Though I may at some point run around with a shield tied to my wrist and magic blasting out of the other. I am really curious as to how amazing magical really will be with dual wielding spells. If only there were ways to mix and match spells to do both fire and/or frost and/or lightning damage. Anyways, then I'll find which I like best and go from there, though most all of my characters are melee oriented - spefically with the skill of sharp metal! I tend to roleplay a spell-sword type character, as I really like using a blade and magic together. Skyrim will just make this all the better, I know it!

I think this is the first game with dual wielding, so I must try it at least a bit. After that, who knows.

We'll see about the combat system but ideally, bow with poison to start with, dual wielding shordsword with strength, endurance, fatigue, and heal over time spells. Maybe some damage reflection if I'm fighting something HUGE.....

Like a giant mountain mudcrab.

I am going to Go full Barbarian no magic for me i believe that has always been cheating in every game since i was five playing D&D.
I am gonna dual wield axes and wear fur armor with a Horned helm if they add one to they game which i don't doubt because it is Skyrim after all.

A bow and duel wielding daggers. Man i hope they have some awesome backstab animations.

Dual-wielding daggers here as well. :)

I'm not sure how effective they will be, but I plan to test dual daggers with all focus on stealth and offense, and no defense at all. I will sneak and backstab enemies (+using a bow when I can't reach some enemies) until I'm detected or if the enemy can't be sneaked upon, and then I will just run in with no defense and unleash a fury of dagger-slashes and hope that they run out of blood before I do!
If this playstyle becomes to hard, I'll probably focus more on defense when detected and more ways to stay concealed. :)

Dual wielding axes and very light armor. Defense is a secondary consideration. Maximum damage in a short amount of time.

A broadsword and a dagger, or a spear and shield

Do you think they'll bring in throwing knives

i've been finding myself playing as a blade-mage, as i call it... sticking to long swords and using summons alot to aid me as i circle my opponents and blast them with destructive magic and if i dont have the room to cast spells, i surround my foes with summons and go in slashing them to ribbons...

...course, i couldnt surround my opponents much in oblivion since we were only allowed ONE summon at a time, and they mostly just stood there doing nothing until their 10 second time limit ran out.

Sneaky smiper type character.

And when things look bad hightail it out and as a last resort use my dagger or shortsword.

Poison and I also use conjuration to use summons as distractions.
