Jangles the Moon Monkey. During an old Fallout 3 ad for "Pulowski Preservation Shelters", it came during the Captain Cosmos show, featuring Jangles the Moon Monkey. It's a call back to that.

The symbol monkeys are used as traps to alert enemies.
