What's up with the weird shadows?

someone supposedly did a quick fix on this on the skyrimnexus. Don't have a link for you so you will have to search

If you didn't know the land of Elder Scroll shadows are legos. It's in the lore.

its on the ps3 too, its funny when having a conversation outside and you can literally watch the shadow move every few seconds as time passes
