Can't really see anything mentioned in canon, but I imaginef Africa (particularly sub-saharan Africa) being overrun by FEV-addled primates (that don't suffer the problem of infertility) where humans are in the minority. Ghoul apes and super apes dominate the continent, with few human tribes around, the last real strongholds being Johannesburg and Cape Town.
