I have an issue.

With both the Impact perk, and the Power Shot perk, the stagger effect has stopped working. It only affects one of my characters.

I will admit, I've done some console-ing with the Impact perk, but not Power Shot.

If my fiddling caused it, is there a way to undo it?

Have you tried removing impact and adding it again?

I did, but that didn't seem to do anything. I'm going to wait until I get another level and add the perk that way, see what happens.
