What would be a good mod?

These explain what they are all eccept a fort city And Science City witch is kind self explainitory.

http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=8140 is out there already, if that makes any difference, and there are various mods which enlarge Canterbury Commons to make it a proper trading hub. Vault City could be interesting if you delve into the servants thing and perhaps link it to Paradise Falls, just don't make the mistake of listing the citizens as good like in Fallout 2. Go with neutral at most.

What level of competence are you at? Can we expect big, branching questlines with moral ambiguity and subtlety or a more modest set of fetch quests and breadcrumb trails? Nothing wrong with either, they can both be fun, it's just the former is so easy to mess up.

One thing I'd quite like to see is a proper Outcast Fort Town, and there was http://www.gamesas.com/bgsforums/index.php?showtopic=1024039&hl= on this recently. They only have a handful of people in Fort Independence but they have several dozen(or several hundred with Increased Increased Spawns) people on patrol. Either an expanded Fort Independence or a larger settlement elsewhere would work quite well.

Ill make a mod of the one that has the most votes and I garantee that Ill make it the best to my abilitys It will be fairly big and have a rich background. Of corse like all mods it will have some short commings but ill try to limit to a small about ill also be taking suggestions for quest, characters, and things of the like.

In my opinion, a good mod is one that you yourself would want to play.

Or armor that's available for both genders and doesn't use any body replacers...

Vault City would be interesting, but would require an insane amount of retexturing. I like the fort idea, and like Nidokoenig said, tying it to the Outcasts would be pretty awesome.

Like I said before Ill go by votes and make sure its fun and not stupid like everyones nice and free weapons everywhere with no quest and can only say a phrase. This will be a big project and it will be a realistic city.

Well it could be an addon to vault 101, when they open it up to the outside....:D

I mean the vault city, though megaton would be in the way, but the vault and Megaton can work together to create the city,

Whatever you decide, you have my best wishes! City Projects are big, trust me I know, I have more city WIP's than any modder I know of :P

Just know that it takes time, I personally njoy building and cluttering so I spend a lot of time doing that, but so far what seems the most time consuming to me is dialogue and quests, though building takes a while when my snap functions don't agree with me, so I place everything without any snap at all, fiddly but it ends up looking good in the end.

Just be aware of how time consuming this is, and good luck.

I'd love to see a fort city that looks like a cross between megaton and the pit.

A good mod is something that the modder wants to use. Don't create mods you have no interest in using, stick with what you want to see, but don't hold back on making something just because you don't think people would want it. Modding is not about the others who want to use your work, it's about you.
