So I haven't actually started the Dawnguard questline, but I have completed the Aetherium quest and have some other Dawnguard enabled items in my file, along with one Drain Vitality Shout. If I deleted Dawnguard to say, avoid a bug invovling another Drain Vitality Shout from appearing in my game, I'm sure I'd lose all those items at the minimum, plus the word I've already learned for Drain Vitality. But would I be able to regain all of that once I reinstalled Dawnguard to my save file? I mean by redoing the stuff like going back to that word wall, redoing the Aetherium quest, and reforging some weapons.

Yes, I've done it myself. You'll lose everything dawnguard related but your level.

You'll be able to start it all over too.

Good to know. I just wanted to make sure that deleting this DLC to avoid the Marked for Death bug wouldn't completely screw up my game.

As long as I can reobtain the Atherium Crown, I think I'm good.
