What would be suitable graphics card for Crysis 2?

Not to name the really high end cards that can probably run Crysis 2 at max settings and 50 FPS, but the cheaper cards that can run Crysis 2 on medium settings and 30 FPS, what do you have in mind? can 9800GTX do that? or maybe the HD 4850?

Who knows what medium will look like :| . But why not... they won't have to deal with dx11 so maybe even high? But lets just hope that those card will be able to run the game at all :p . Im actually really hoping that they didn't use physx to much so that ATI users don't have to suffer for it.... Maybe Medium settings will look like the consoles, then we would have no trouble at all :)

Probably a NVIDIA GTX260 would be good for Crysis 2 at those settings you want. :)

anything that runs crysis 1 well - the hd 4850 is better than the 9800gtx. of course if you can afford a gtx260, as talon suggested, that would be even better. or even a 4870 or 90, i dont know what the prices are currently though.

if you want to save money dont get a dx11 card, the ones in your price category are too weak to use the more advanced features crysis 2 will offer so you gain nothing.

i would go for a ati card, cus you can get soem more preformence for your money. also what price do you have in mind? i would ecommend atleast looking at the 5000 series instead of 4000, if you have the money get 5870, or 5870 vapor-X, i think that you need to wait if you want to buy 5900 cus they will drop in price.

For medium setting you should try ha 5750 or a 5770. There you have a DX11 card for a decent price and you should be able to run Crysis 2 on medium. Perhaps high, that depens on the monitor.

I have a HD 5770 and it runs great on HIGH on my 24" 1080p.
And it runs smooth on VERY HIGH settings on a low res monitor.
So yea it depends on your monitor....and your cpu and everything else.
