Hi, I'm a new member here and I just wanted to open up a discussion that always interested me in Fallout's lore which is "What would the official Fallout map of the U.S. look like in regards to territory controlled, towns and cities, faction boundaries, etc.

Various questions can be asked and answered like "How much territory exactly does the NCR and Caesar's Legion control" or "Which chapter of the Brotherhood of Steel is likely the strongest now that the west coast one has gone underground?" or "What do you think would fill in the empty spaces in between?"

What is the state of various factions such as the super mutants, Enclave, tribes, Great Khans, raiders, the Institute, the Railroad, and many others if you put them on a map?

Discussions regarding how the DLC factions are relevant and the nature of the official Fallout canon(How would the Midwestern BOS fit in?) are also welcome. The speculation with this thread can go on as long as it needs to, be that until Fallout 4 releases or even after.
