What would you like to see added to Casinos?

Post » Sun Sep 27, 2009 9:50 am

I thought the ingame Casinos were fun, but overall I was disappointed. Blackjack, slots, and roulette were really the only games available. I would have liked to see poker, which is a staple casino game. Also, I thought would be cool to play against NPCs (like you could "challenge" somebody to a game of poker or something like that) which could be cool for quests because instead of Killing Benny you could place a bet against the Platinum chip and have interactive poker matches.
So what if anything do you think should be added or modified with the Casinos and Casino games?

I thought the casino's should of let you buy a hotel room insted of having to gamble to get one.
My caps are just as good as his gambling skills, give me a room!

that is a good idea, that never occurred to me before but it would be cool to rent rooms with caps now that I think about it.

More quests, the strip is the main place in the Mojave, the main stuff there is the 3 casinos. They had so few quests and felt too small.

The option to open the Lucky 38's Casino. Maybe some managing options, maybe some setting of odds Vs. customer happiness, maybe some RANDOM ENCOUNTERS IN THE WASTELAND.

that is a great idea. Maybe if you get along far enough in the House quests he can give you control over the casino floor or something like that.
Come to think of it; he cares so much about money that I am surprised he has a fully functional Casino just sitting there when it can be raking in money.

I think that tournaments would be cool. Like No-Limit Texas Holdem' and maybe have like Mole Rate races that you could be on.

The only thing I want to see added to casinos is more money in their safes. I think it's asinine that I crack a Very Hard lock and my total haul from a casino break-in is less than 200 caps. I don't need 37 more bars of gold or anything, but really I should be able to walk out of a casino with at least a thousand caps worth of currency (from cracking their safes).

I don't want any more casino games, nor changes to the existing casino games. I don't care about gambling.

that would be awesome to open up the Lucky 38 casino i always wanted it to re open. It is in like perfect condition inside. I would love to See Texas hold em in all the casinos because it is my all time favorite to play Texas hold em and its one of the best card games that you can play.

Like an Oceans 11 Quest. You have to go ask about the best people for the job, recruit them, then pull it off. That'd be off the chain.

I think there should be more casinos and actually have more people gambling in them not just two or three.

Dead Money was more like Saw meets Ocean's 11 with a mysterious backstory. I'm saying like straight Oceans 11, build a team with a hacker, demolition guy, smooth talker, and parkour guy. If your character has a high enough Science level, Explosives level, Speech level, and Agility level it will make the quest move more smoothly because you'll be able to pass speech checks to improve the mission. If you fail the speech checks, the mission is more sloppy and you get less caps as a result. But if you pass all the speech checks, the mission goes off without a hitch and you break the bank.

Overall, just wish the strip was bigger. Was unimpressed that it was just 4 small subzones and... that was it.

If you were to kill House And place Yes Man in Charge

Then you get a percentage of Cap's Every Week?
For The Lucky 38 To become an open casino where there is no limit to how much you win
An extra floor or Two in each casino

another casino would be nice two

But i feel lack of quest's In within the Strip

A few more missions and as others have said a robbery would be wicked and same with starting or running your own casino. I also would like a few more people wandering the streets.
