What would you do?

The response should have been "sure," followed by a swift punch in the dike. If the teacher asks why she did it, she should say exactly what he said.

I'd smash the god damned scoundrels teeth in until he could never talk again. Seriously, I would beat the living hell out of the guy until he freaking cried, and I wouldn't stop until he "gave me a massage" that would definitely be a fitting punishment.

Really, what the hell is wrong with some people?

Is this what high school is like now...? Jesus Christ, glad that is over for me. So juvenile.

Uh, anyway, I don't know, hypothetically speaking, I'd have a "talk" with the guy who asked her that. Hypothetically speaking, he might be able to talk back now, but not later. :goodjob:

If a person would be so rude to anyone in front of me, I think I'd step in.

EDIT: I mean, to say something like that to someone, about touching. I'd probably help you smash them to pieces.

This along with...
* Pot smoking in the bathrooms without teachers stopping it.
* Dip(tobacco) being spit EVERYWHERE
* Kids pulling razor blades on teachers and other students
* Oh and there was a school organized thing earlier this week with wet white t-shirts. Girls were involved
* Kids sticking up for themselves getting suspended
....The list goes on and on...

Edit: I'd compare the average high school in America to be on par with a moderately violent prison....

How exactly do you propose he record something that happened in the past?

It seemed to me like this isn't a one time thing, that this kid pulls [censored] like this often. I was suggesting that, in the future, she should be ready.

This is exactly why. But it's more of a random thing. She wouldn't be able to whip out her phone and start recording without him or the teacher taking notice.

She could get a dedicated recorder, or just record the whole class. It seems really unnecessary for them to require "proof" though. Her word and another witness should be enough, at the very least the teacher of the class should have been made aware of what was happening.

Most cell phones and MP3 players should have some sort of recording function these days, have her record it and then show it to the principal. I'm assuming they can't do anything without proof, and a recording should be enough.

hardly, you recall the thread about someone given detention because the principal said something (i forget what the item was) possibly stolen even though the owner of said item said it wasn't

Heh. advlts on the forums shouldn't pretend to be so innocent.

My school used to have a male body-building/fashion contest in the seventies among the student body. It was tradition to show condems into the crowd and flash the camera. Oh, did I mention this went on the local cable television?

Yeah.

In my school, the worst kids do is smoke pot, gang up on the band kids, and impersonate police officers. Well, that last one might have been a parent, which only reinforces my previous point.

6th period? Does that mean junior high?
Which would mean 13-14 year olds saying this? That kid will defiantly get far in life talking to people, and females like that.
As stated I would do my damned best to get this reported to someone, for the sole fact this kid is beyond ignorant.

In mine there was piss in the back staircases, people smoking weed, people touching you inappropriately (Both genders, not fun.), and thieves like the ones who stole my wallet.

OT: Personally, I'd tell this person not to accost her again, and if he didn't I'd track him down and attempt to kick his ass.

You say your girlfriend gets this all the time (from multiple guys) sounds like you might wanna look into that, as it seems that she doesn't really care that much..if she did, why wouldn't she stand up for herself?

Yeah, one of the teachers went to a school where he got STABBED, and when he went to the main office to ask them to call 911, and told them he got stabbed, the receptionist said "Just take a seat for a second or two, dear" without looking up.

I mean, how common do stabbings have to be for that to be a normal reaction EVER?

I don't know what ghetto cities you guys live in lmao, but my high school was absolutely nothing like that. And I mean really, you make it sound like you grew up in Compton or something.
The high school I went to, most kids were preppy/rich, and no it wasn't a private school. You had your different groups as far as ethnicity goes, and the jocks, preps, goths, loners, etc, but for the most part it was a very nice clean school, I mean I'm sure some people smoked weed in the bathrooms but honestly, that's not really that bad considering the reason Marijuana is illegal in the first place, but that's a different discussion for a different forum.
But yeah, I'm just not buying into the whole "every high school is like this" thing, because I've never seen anything like people pissing in the hallways, I mean, really?

Doesn't mean she doesn't care about it. How many kids honestly stand up to their bullies in school? That's why there are people like this in the first place, a lot of folks either don't know how, are afraid to, or just can't stand up for themselves.

And this. Seriously, the average high school compared to a prison? Kids pulling blades on teachers and you think that's average? Wet T-shirt contests? My school was too poor to keep the hallway lights on during the day and we had some troublemakers, but nothing like that. We thought the need for police in the lunch room to deter fights was bad.

Personally, I'd have a chat with the [censored] about what a Eunuch is, and how I'd be more than glad to make him one if he so much as looks at her the wrong way again.

6th period just means the 6th class of the day or on the schedule. My high school did periods 1-4 on one day ("A" days) and periods 5-8 on the next day ("B" days). Just a scheduling thing, doesn't have anything to do with age/grade level.

Okay. So on Tuesday, my girlfriend is in a bad mood when I walk into the class that I have with her which is 6th period. I ask her what's wrong and she's saying" If I tell you you are not allowed to get mad." So in my mind I'm thinking "Ahh [censored]....Another guy touched her"(Yes it's not the first time. She doesn't let guys touch her. They do it and she just gets humiliated and walks away.). WHen she finally tells me what happened, she says a guy was asking "Please touch my weewee(In a different word that starts with a d)" and "Will you just give me a massage already"(On a place that starts with a d). She just said no over and over again.

So what would you personally do if your loved one was being asked this? What should I do?

And no I'm not in the class that this happened in.

im not endorsing violence, but if that happened to my girlfriend, there would be a serious ass whooping going to whoever did it.

but, i suggest trying to get her to talk to the SRO (School Resource Officer) and maybe filing charges for sixual harassment? or maybe take a less legal approach and tell the Principal/Asst. Principal/Guidance Counselor, and see if the problem can be solved that way.

just read a few posts, aparantly i was right about people already saying it :P

anyways on the note of beating the living hell out of the guy, take a morrowind approach...... continuously taunt him (may take hundreds of tries, like in MW :P ) and when he swings duck, theres a couple places you can hit someone and take them down even if they're bigger than you, for instance a right hook across the side of the nose hurts like hell, or a kick to the side of the knee........but once again i am not endorsing violence.

Yeah, guess my school just had it lucky then. But still, just doesn't add up honestly. Either your city is really corrupt, or I don't know.
But at the 4 years I spent at my high school, almost everyone was decently mature, people/teachers were pleasant, I actually loved my teachers. My Geometry teacher and my English teacher were pretty awesome. No shootings, no stabbings (lol? what is this, the set of Bad Boys III?) and certainly no pissing in the hallways. That just sounds laughable.

Overall, it wasn't a bad place, but what was bad was really bad. The academic aspect was for the most part great, it was just the social aspects that svcked. It wasn't the greatest, but it wasn't the worst either. It was still kind of a prison with the metal detectors, [censored]s with saggy pants, and the fights in the lunchroom.

I'd laugh. I find it hilarious when people are "protective" of their significant other. I say "protective" because they aren't really protecting them from actual harm. Just getting upset that someone else might be interested in them, or attempt to make a move on them. If you're mad when someone hits on your girlfriend, you are either insecure, or don't trust your significant other. If your significant other expects you to handle his/her problems when someone does some harmless (in your case OP, it's rather direct and vulgur, which makes it all the more funny I'd think) flirting, then maybe they have some issues to work on.
