The first thing I'd do is goad the Thalmor into war by the apotheosis of several other saint-like characters such as the Champion of Cyrodiil and the Dragonborn; they specifically took issue with Talos, right? With the Great War back in full swing, I would enable a conscription of troops from the provinces (Skyrim mainly) to bolster the legions, a silent reinstatement of the Blades to carry out covert operations in the Aldmeri Dominion, and launch a series of fast strikes along the Aldmeri frontier to keep the Thalmor distracted while the legions rebuild. With the legions prepared, I would engage in a final all-or-nothing strike into the heart of Summerset Isle.

Like anything, it's all easier said than done, but I think having the initiative and tenacity to push the Thalmor back and end the Aldmeri Dominion is the first step.

Build me an army worthy of Mor.....the empire! Then I would break the withe-gold concordant and make worshiping of Talos legal. Join up with Hammerfell and attack the Aldmeri dominion.
Re-take Valenwood and make the empire friendly clans stronger to secure it. Contact Elsweyr with deplomacy and win the Khajiits trust and form an alliance with them. Root out all Thalmor on Tamriel, at least on the mainland. Then cut of Summerset Iles and force them to disband their Talmor government.

I would make all the guard, legions, stormcloak etc look after my stolen sweet role, start a fond to all who has taken an arrow in the knee, and make lollygagging legal :teehee:

Unify all the races against the true enemy: the Dominion.
Oh, and have Sheogorath as my right hand. Cheese for everyone!

...Seriously. I started this game hating the dominion so much but after 150+ hours I now love them and want to murder nearly every single nord in sight.

but its like every time i see them
they give that sneer even though im an elf.

I would get rid of that old hierarchical system; making the land a republic and give the power to the people.

Declare war on the Altmeri Dominion and then bring Morrowind back into the empire and give relief and fight off the invading argonians..


Also I think I will just walk over to Summerset Isles and kill all of them myself.. I am super strong..

Kill a lot of Elves... A lot.

First, put down the stormcloak rebellion, and get imperial friendly jarls and an imperial friendly high king. Get in contact with the Dark Brotherhood and remaining blades, and convince them to help me train an elite cadre of agents a la shadowscales, though with a skillset more like the blades. Call them the Nightblades. After creating several classes of agents, force the Brotherhood to swear loyalty to the Empire, and never accept a contract on an important Imperial citizen, but allow them to have limited autonomy. Send the Dunmer agents to Morrowind to do what they can to get the Dunmer who are left back on their feet, and destabilize whatever authority the Argonians have set up in Morrowind. Send Khajit agents to Elsweyr, Bosmer agents to Valenwood, and Altmer agents to all of the areas where the Dominion has a foothold. Ensure that they do nothing to affect the regimes, but provide detailed information to me regarding the status of each area. Use the remaining agents to [censored] with the Thalmor in Imperial provinces, killing small groups, and freeing prisoners. Dispatch emissaries to Hammerfell to try to convince the Redguards to rejoin the Empire or at least commit to an alliance against the Thalmor. Same with the Argonians. Rebuild the legions as much as possible, and incorporate more mages into the legions. Research potential heroes from the legends of the various provinces (Going on the last two games, I figure I've got a pretty good chance of finding something) and get them to fight for me. If possible trigger coups in Valenwood and Elsweyr, and use the momentum to drive the Altmer back to Summerset. If not, re-instate Talos worship, and grant pardons (posthumous pardons if necessary) to anyone who was punished for Talos worship, and kick the Thalmor out of the Empire. Offer the Dominion an opportunity to rejoin the Empire, and cede Valenwood and Elsweyr back to the Empire, and if it refuses (which it will) launch a separate invasion into every part of the Dominion. Allow Valenwood and Elsweyr to appoint their own rulers, but install a loyal Altmer family on the throne of Summerset, and execute any important members of the Dominion. Incorporate the Altmer, Bosmer, and Khajit into the legion and Nightblades in greater numbers. When all of the provinces controlled by the Empire are restored, convince Hammerfell to rejoin the Empire, by force if necessary, though with terms as lenient as possible. Do the same with Black Marsh, though kick them out of Morrowind, and force them to pay reparations to the newly established government in Morrowind. Spread the Nightblades throughout the Empire, like the blades.

If possible move the Imperial City to Morrowind. :thumbsup:

Hoping to make a deal. Offer them legitimacy in return for their help, use their new link to me to find out where their sanctuaries are, and use that as leverage to keep them loyal. I'm hoping that overtime, loyalty to the Empire will simply become accepted as part of their lives.

i dont think they care if they are legitimate killing is something that thrives in war and peace. The Brotherhood doesnt seem to be in a financial crisis and legitimacy will only hamper them with laws and restrictions.

Crush the Aldmeri dominion, Kill every Altmer, Ravage Elsewyer and Valenwood to bring them back in line, Rebuild morrowind, Spend the next few years preparing, Conquer Akavir.

Those are my toughts!!! And then enslave all the kajiit to occupy all farms so we can use all the people to crush the Thalmor.
And of course, change the capital from Cyrodiil to Mournhold
