Everyone really seems to hate 'physic guards,' although I don't remember those in Oblivion.

(Teeheehee, I made a funny!)

But I definitely agree. Psychic guards must go!

Runescape-style mining

I think I get what you mean. You don't want it to be so dull that you play other games while you play the game.

1. We aren't talking about Fallout 3. And GTA games have prosttutes as well. What is your point?
2. Just because a game is RATED M does not mean that it is neccessarily an advlt-oriented game. I have played Oblivion for many, many hours. Very little profanity; I have heard more swearing in teen games. Very little blood/gore, no limbs severed, etc. No six. There is nothing really bad about Oblivion, dude.
3. I was simply using a historical example that I saw fit. What is so abhorrent and perverted about using basic knowledge of Ancient culture to help prove a point? You are way too critical of the things that people say. The fact that your arguements are irrelevant doesn't help you at all either, I am afraid. Don't go hunting for fights.

I do like your avatar though. Good movie.

Stop being hung up on the shock value of language and nudity. Vulgar language is not indicative of maturity. You do not need nudity for sixually themed events in a game. I would rather prefer the game to be purchasable by the largest audience possible... since teens are a huge chunk of the gaming population. That said... I bet a great deal of kids will get their hands on the game even if it is rated mature.

EDIT: I forgot to mention that I do not want any "bullet sponges" in the game... everything should be vulnerable to something except maybe 'bosses'.

Dibella's followers that act as castrated monks.
Really, she is goddess of love and instead of half-naked priests and priestess, who practices ceremonial prostitution and similar stuff, we get asixual monks dressed in brownish robes. Well I know in TES4 they were priests of all 9 gods, but it sounds stupid to unite them in first place
In other words we need to divide these temples

Also from things a lot of players want to see (and some even will mod it)
Riding a dragon is out of place (at least under ordinary circumstances)- would you like to give dog a ride on your back?

Fallout 3 style Perks (that's why mods exist, to modify things we don't like, or want).
A small map.(They said it will be about the same size as Oblivion...That means it will be smaller...)
No multiple usable light sources (what Morrowind had, that was great)
Almost 1 piece of armor, for a complet armor.
No levitate.
No naked Nord.(easter egg)
Auto-travel.
No trapped doors and chest (like in Morrowind)
Not being able to become God like (what we could do in Morrowind)
Closed cities (If the Xbox360 can't handle it, remove the AA).
A game that aims casual gamers.
No spell making.
Nords that wont have immunity to frost (It's usefull, but the strongest enemies will more likely use other attacks.).

And more, but I can't think of other things...

Quest markers, compass icons and tedious lockpicking minigame are my main concerns.
Also overuse of HDR.

Silly looking cliche races ie, cadaver/head-cheese yellow 'horse-head' high elves, Down-syndrome-looking NPCs, stereotypical ganggreenous looking orcs/ogrims especially with protruding lower mandibles.

* The 'same' challenge wherever I venture to. (i.e. level scaling)
* Psychic Guards who know what I did 32 miles away in a remote woodlands area.
* 'Go here and collect' this syndrome of Assassins guests. Things should be guild specific. Mages need to perfect their skills in magic, Assassins need to sneak in and kill people, Thieves should be set hard steals etc.

Top 3 :D

A main quest line that is not on par with the secondary quest lines when it comes to originality, variation and fun.

These are things I personally DON'T want to see in Skyrim.

Psychic AI knowing exactly who I killed, what I stole, or where I am when I should be hidden and unseen.
The inability to knock people out instead of killing them. (this does not mean make important NPC's invincible, just means that I should be able to choose who to knock out and who to kill)
Having clothes that unequips my gear instead of being worn underneath.
Less armor slots than Morrowind.
Invisible walls.
Walled in cities in a separate "cell" or "zone" than the rest of the world.
The lack of levitate.
A UI or menu system that didn't keep the PC platform in mind. (we should get our own unique set up, Morrowind's was great since everything you needed to know was all on the same screen and could be customized however you liked)

Psychic guards. That was annoying. I'd rather the only law be the sword.

I agree, the psychic AI was a pain.
